Our Workouts

Strength & Balance

This is our most popular class format. Participants use loops, bands, and mini-balls to build muscles and coordination that helps them to perform activities

Yoga/Chair Yoga

Practicing Yoga can be very helpful for regaining flexibility and balance – both of which help to keep residents on their feet and prevent falls.

Private Personal Training

Live 2 B Healthy professional trainers can come to your apartment or to the fitness room in your community for half hour sessions.

Aqua Fitness

We have certified Aqua Fitness instructors for your swimming pool. We can even provide lifeguard staff if requested. Senior living communities can now book online.

Tai Chi

Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for the health of mind and body. While Tai Chi can be relatively easy to learn.

Memory Care Fitness Classes

Not all Life Enrichment Directors are Certified Trainers. Our programs are carefully designed and proven to improve wellness through physical, social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, & intellectual factors.

No. We understand that most exercise rooms are small so we usually hold our classes inside a community room rather than a workout room.
Yes. Our services perfectly complement the activities organized by a community’s Life Enrichment Director. Our classes provide seniors with additional socialization opportunities while enhancing their balance, mobility, and strength.
Yes. At Live 2 B Healthy, our passionate team works with seniors of all shapes and ability levels, including seniors who use a wheelchair or walker.
Yes. Our program, designed by owner Cory Czepa, is designed to help seniors of all ages and ability levels. We offer enjoyable and sociable opportunities to improve strength, balance, and flexibility in a fun and easy group setting.
Yes. We encourage you to come to class whenever possible. However, there is no requirement to come to every class.
